Postdoctoral Position Spanish National Cardiovascular Research Center (CNIC), Madrid (Spain)
A postdoctoral position is available in the Nuclear Receptor Signaling group, led by Dr. Mercedes Ricote and part of the Department of Cardiovascular Development and Repair. The project will examine signaling pathways in stem cell biology and tissue regeneration. We are looking for enthusiastic and highly-motivated individuals with an interest in cardiovascular diseases.
Candidates must possess a PhD or MD degree (or equivalent) with experience in molecular biology, cell biology and signaling. Previous experience with animal models of regeneration and hematopoietic/cardiac stem cells is preferable. Candidates at early or advanced stages of postdoctoral training are encouraged to apply; a strong publication record will be valued.
